Returns

We at Pippy Pye Boutique want you to be delighted with your purchase, yet we understand that shopping online can pose certain challenges when it comes to customer satisfaction with fitting, color, etc. Therefore, should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned in accordance with the following guidelines:

• Item(s) must be returned within 10 days following delivery date.
• Item(s) must be accompanied by the original "Return Receipt" included with your order.
• Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags intact.
• Item(s) must be free of any stains, odors, holes, snags, etc.
• Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox, and then placed in a shipping bag or larger box to allow for protected shipping.
• Returns will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of our receipt of the item(s) and will be credited via the original form of payment.
• All "sale-priced" items are non-refundable.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
